ABOUT THE EVENT

This practical session is presented by Emma Cameron, a dietitian and committee member of the Real Food Festival.

The session will cover the ‘how-tos’ of label reading with yoghurt being the focus.

FREE event, all welcome.

“As a dietitian I’m always asked about the ‘best’ products to be choosing and eating, there seems to be much confusion, especially with all the messages being sent out in the media.
This is a practical session that will teach you how to read labels and be able to then use this information to compare products and make an informed decision about what you are buying and eating.
Just as everybody is different, so to are budgets, preferences, skills, spare time etc. All of these factors and more play an important role in influencing what you choose.

Not only will this session inform you about labels, it will also help you to identify what your priorities are to then be able to choose the best product for YOU as there is no one best product that will suit everyone. “
