Golden Plains Shire Council and Sports Central are pleased to invite women of all ages to participate in Get Active in Smythesdale.  A part of This Girl Can Week, Get Active in Smythesdale will be held at the Smythesdale Recreation Reserve on Thursday 26th March from 5:30pm to 7:00pm, with participants having the opportunity to try a range of activities, including Bootcamp, Cardio Drumming and Soccer Mums for FREE!

The This Girl Can campaign is all about inspiring women to get active – however, wherever and whenever they choose, without being judged.

Following the activities, participants will have the opportunity to provide feedback on the physical activity opportunities currently available locally and offer suggestions on the kinds of activities they would like to see offered in the future.
