Tenders
GPS have established an eTendering website to provide our suppliers easy access to a range of tendering services associated with our tendering program. This system speeds up the tendering cycle and reduces the time and costs for both Golden Plain Shire and our suppliers.
As a registered supplier, you can download and view the documentation electronically, and seek clarification or to ask questions. Submission of your bids can be completed by submitting tenders to us online through the eTender box facility.
When using the eTender box please ensure sufficient time for uploading of your submission prior to the tender closing time. The total file upload for a submission must not exceed 2G with a maximum of 5 files. OHS and other manuals must be submitted as one (1) file not separate pages. Files must be in PDF or Word.
To access the tenders you must register the first time you use the eTender system.
- Click on the link 'View tenders via eTender' below to go to the eTender site
- Go to the 'My Account' box
- 'Register' if a first time user
- 'Login' once you have registered or if you are a previously registered user
- Go to ‘Current Tenders’
