The Well - Business, Health & Community Centre is an exciting new business, tourism and medical/health hub for communities in the northern end of the Shire surrounding Smythesdale.
The Well includes 4 small business offices, tourism information, 3 medical & allied health rooms, pharmaceutical drop-off and a community meeting room, along with shared kitchen facilities and amenities. A parking bay for the mobile library service will also be located at the site.
Construction of the building is now complete, with landscaping and linkages to the town square development currently in progress.

Be part of this exciting new community centre. Ideally suitable for medical, community and professional uses. Rooms available from $120.00 per week plus outgoings, ranging in size from 16.5m2 to 27m2. Separate external access, carparking and kitchen facilities are available.

Northern Community Centre
Located in Sago Hill Road, Haddon the Northern Community Centre offers a variety of services including a maternal & child health nurse, immunisation, podiatry and mobile library. Also located in the Centre are Haddon & District Community House and Haddon Church of Christ, who both offer a range of community programs. A subsidised community meal is held at the Northern Community Centre on the third Thursday of each month.

Bannockburn Family Services Centre
The Bannockburn Family Services Centre is a contemporary facility that co-locates services for families, including Long Day Care, Family Day Care, Sessional Kindergarten, Maternal & Child Health and Community Health services.
