Situated in the picturesque township of Smythesdale in the Historic Precinct, our market will showcase the very best of the region, with local farming provedores offering cheese, wine, vegetables, honey, flowers, plants, olives, artesian breads, meats and much more - literally something for everyone. Delicious snack and lunch options available too. Enjoy a hot beverage as you relax and listen to the live band, while the kids visit the kids' activity stall. Golden Plains and Moorabool Valley regions are famous for fresh food, award winning wines, gourmet food producers and breathtaking scenery. The Golden Plains Farmers' Market offers quality local products and produce, in a relaxed and friendly environment.
This exciting and authentic farmers' market will take place on the first Saturday of each month from 9:00am to 1pm in the heart of Bannockburn, 20 minutes from Geelong. What you take home is as fresh, seasonal and full of flavour as any produce, anywhere.
The Golden Plains Farmers' Markets offer quality products and produce, fresh and direct from the farmers, winemakers and gourmet provedores of our region.

Our stallholder numbers and visitors are growing and we're really excited about how the market has grown and really appreciate the support of the local residents in the north of Golden Plains Shire.
There will, as usual, be plenty of wonderful produce and activities for the kids.

9.00am to 1pm
If you love eating then the Golden Plains Farmers' Market is the perfect place for you! There will be a whole host of delicious produce including vegetables, jams, cheese and wine.
You can also buy everything you need to start your own garden with plants, manure and worms for sale. You can even buy chooks!

Saturday 15 June - Smythesdale
9.00am to 1pm
The weather will be getting chilly but our stallholders will be in Smythesdale ready to greet you with a smile and some amazing produce.
Host a dinner party with a roaring fire and treat your guests to a menu designed around your purchases! Our wine stall holders will have tips to help you match your food and wines.

Saturday 6 July - Bannockburn
9.00am to 1pm
We are well into Winter and today's market is the perfect opportunity to stock up on tasty seasonal produce such as brocoli, cauliflower, parsnips and spinach.
Get creative and make a hearty soup served in a bowl made from fresh crusty bread!
