Golden Plains Mobile Library
The Golden Plains Shire Mobile Library visits 17 townships across the shire approximately every fortnight.

Smythesdale Mobile Library Location
The mobile library is located outside The Well, Smythesdale Business, Health and Community Hub, 19 Heales Street, Smythesdale.
Bannockburn Library
The Bannockburn Library provides a full range of public library services and collections to the general community.
The Library consists of the following:
- 400m2 of space
- 35 hours service per week including 1 evening and Saturday mornings
- 15,000 print and multimedia collection items
- 6 public internet/multipurpose computers
- Wireless internet hotspot access
- Children’s reading area
- Youth space
- Study and reading spaces
- Outdoor reading courtyard
- Library programs and events including Preschool and Baby Time story sessions

Tuesday 10.00am – 6.00pm
Wednesday 10.00am – 8.00pm
Thursday 10.00am – 6.00pm
Friday 10.00am – 6.00pm
Saturday 9.30am – 12.00pm
